Apartment & Rental Painting
This project included repainting multiple rooms inside a residential apartment, including bedrooms, closets, living areas, and kitchen spaces. Neutral colors were selected to create a clean, modern appearance suitable for new tenants and property showings.
The apartment was transformed into a bright, welcoming space ready for immediate occupancy.
Rental Interior Update
This project involved updating the home after the previous resident moved out by refreshing two main areas. The living room was repainted in a fresh neutral color to create a brighter, more modern space, while the adjacent game room’s existing wood paneling was properly prepared and covered before applying new paint to eliminate the dark, dated look. Both rooms were transformed into clean, updated living spaces, improving the overall appearance of the home and preparing it for the next resident.
Commercial Painting Project
This project involved repainting a large block wall inside a gym facility after the removal of existing bleachers. The bleachers had trapped moisture against the wall, causing paint failure and exposed mounting hardware. Our team removed remaining bolts, scraped and prepped all peeling and damaged areas, patched the mounting holes, and completed full surface preparation. A moisture-resistant paint system was then applied to protect the wall and prepare the space for the installation of new bleachers. The wall was restored to a clean, bright, and uniform finish while addressing moisture-related damage and improving long-term durability.
