By using this website or requesting services from Rolling Tides Painting LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. -----Services----- Rolling Tides Painting LLC provides residential and commercial painting and related services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of a written estimate or agreement. -----Estimates & Pricing----- All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection or request. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, including but not limited to additional repairs, surface preparation, or materials requested after the estimate is issued. --Any additional work not listed in the original estimate must be approved by the customer before being performed and may result in additional charges. -----Scheduling----- Service dates are scheduled based on availability and may be affected by weather, material supply, or unforeseen circumstances. Rolling Tides Painting LLC is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. -----Customer Responsibilities----- The customer agrees to provide access to the property during scheduled service times, remove or protect personal belongings in work areas, ensure pets and children are kept away from work areas, and disclose any known hazards such as mold, lead paint, or water damage. -----Surface Conditions----- Rolling Tides Painting LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions including, but not limited to, peeling paint, rotted wood, mold, mildew, rust, or structural defects unless specifically included in the written agreement. -----Color Selection----- The customer is responsible for final color approval prior to work beginning. Rolling Tides Painting LLC is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to color choice after application. Paint colors may appear different due to lighting and surface conditions. -----Payments----- Payment terms will be outlined in the written estimate or invoice. Failure to make payment as agreed may result in suspension of services and additional collection efforts as permitted by law. -Deposits, if required, are applied toward the total cost of the project and are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been purchased. -----Cancellations----- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. -----Warranty----- Rolling Tides Painting LLC warrants workmanship for a limited period as stated in the written agreement, excluding normal wear and tear, moisture damage, structural movement, or abuse. -----Liability----- Rolling Tides Painting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the agreement. -----Website Use----- All website content, including text and images, is the property of Rolling Tides Painting LLC unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reused without permission. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding contract. ----Changes to These Terms----- Rolling Tides Painting LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
